We present a parallel implementation of PAFEC-FE, one of Europe's leading commercial finite element analysis codes. An important aspect of this work was that the parallel code should retain the full functionally of the sequential code and employ compatible user interfaces. This paper outlines the method of parallelizationused, and presents performance figures for anumber of dynamics test cases. |
