Abstract
The wide adoption of social and connected tools in organizations leads them to think again about their behaviour and to consider the capitalization of the resources users can now produce with such tools, in the same way they capitalize other documentary resources. We present in this paper the model of a digital ecosystem which permits this capitalization of both documentary resources or those produced on a social platform resources with the help of an ontology.
