In this paper, a legal approach to Ambient Assisted Living is considered. A general framework for context-aware applications is presented and a general view of legal principles to be considered in this framework. The analysis of a specific application of AAL, developed in a previous work, allows understanding these principles in a real development and the applicability for designing AAL applications. |
