Fuzzy control applied to the bath room ventilation system.
Abstract
The bathroom ventilation system which is adopted by this research uses the technology of vertical laminar flow aerodynamics theory. And this can be done by the air stream being drawn from top of the ceiling straight down to the floor of the bathroom and it builds an excellent 3D ventilation environment truly. And it uses PIC (Peripheral Interface Controller) mono-crystal chip to carrying on the functions of picking up the signal and doing the fuzzy deduction as well. After defuzzification is obtained, and then the exhaust fan speed can be controlled consequently. Moreover, the system temperature, fuzzy deduction result, inlet fan speed and exhaust fan speed can be displayed by using LCM (Liquid Crystal Display Module) eventually. The actual test result of this wrap fuzzy logic control system has shown that as for the fuzzy regular storehouse and the deduction result, both of the inlet fan speed and exhaust fan speed can be adjusted automatically according to preset parameters. It virtually can reach the goal of controlling the air volume of inlet fan & exhaust fan automatically. © 2011 IEEE.
