Title
From simulation to hardware testing: a low-cost platform for power-hardware-in-the-loop experiments
Abstract
The paper describes a concrete experience in designing a platform for testing power electronics equipments during the prototyping phase. The experience is based on the Virtual Test Bed platform and shows a complete example of the path from specification to hardware testing for a simulation-based design approach. The paper in particular focuses on the interfaces challenges created by the application in the power electronics field.
