Emergency plans are the substantial foundations to deal with emergency incidents. Emergency plan systems, which are organized sets that are composed of interrelated emergency plans, provide guides for enacting and revising emergency plans. However, the knowledge description of emergency plan systems does not have unambiguous and uniform expressions and result in the semantics clash. Different emergency plan systems can not cooperate, share and reuse each other. This paper provides the knowledge base of emergency plan systems with description logic DL to solve these problems. In this paper we analyses the concepts and relations of the emergency plan system in detail, describe the knowledge base of emergency plan systems with DL and also validates this knowledge base by using the DL reasoning services. Finally an experiment is given, in which, a semantic query model based DL is built to account for the application of the emergency plan system knowledge base in semantics search. |
