Title
Spatiotemporal Analysis of Functional Images Using the Fixed Effect Model
Abstract
The present study explores a novel spatiotemporal technique using the fixed effect model for the analysis of functional brain images and propose a novel approach to obtain the least square estimation of the signal subspace of activated voxels.Th e spatial and temporal domain correlations are incorporated using appropriate prior models and the possibility of using the Markov property to incorporate the spatial domain correlations are investigated.
