Abstract
We are now in a technologically rich environment such as broadband Internet, mobile phones, and high-performance personal computers. However, along with high expectations for future technology and services, concerns about the possibility of serious trouble in the future have recently arisen. For example, the concern that we cannot keep up with the rapid changes in our environment and the technologies that underpin our way of life, the unexpected risks posed by cyberspace, and the onslaught of unwanted information that threatens to bury us.
