Qt programming to realize teaching simulation demonstration of exploration seismology. |
Abstract | ||

Exploration Seismology is a basic and important specialized subject of Geophysics in college. It's too hard to remember and understand so many concepts, processes and principles for students. And for teacher, the difficulties are how to explain these profound theories vividly in simple language. Based on this actual requirement, we developed the teaching simulation and demonstration software called OpenSE with Qt. As a GUI tool, it owns a powerful graphics library and cross-platform features that make write once, compile anywhere come true, so Qt becomes our preferred language to develop this set of software. Through our efforts, we complete the software, which greatly facilitate the teaching and student learning. © 2011 IEEE. |
