In this paper we address the problem of loading data from the web. We present the architectureof Xyro, a crawler designed to fetch data from the Web, and particularly XML data.We describe our experience in designing and implementing this robot, addressing some standardproblems in the crawler implementation, and presenting our waytoovercome in some of them. |
