Abstract | ||

For the monotony of the traditional risk evaluation method of electric power communication network, a comprehensive method for evaluating risk of electric power communication network is provided. Starting from the analysis of the operational services, risk status of each link in the network is obtained. Then the link weights are calculated by means of analyzing the importance of link to network from the perspective of topology. Lastly, two risk evaluation indicators which are network risk and degree of risk balancing of network can be calculated by combining link risk and link weight. The comprehensive method for evaluating risk of electric power communication network is more comprehensive and ocular in the analysis of operational risks and risk distribution, and has practical significance and extensive application prospects in risk management. |
