Telecommunication industries are now facing dramatic changes. Through deregulation, they are in the midst of severe competition. Technological innovation and convergence are breaking down all the barriers between industries, while the range of products and services are evolving at an ever increasing pace. As a result, customers are now choosing service providers (SP) who can offer them the best mix of quality and cost with the services that they purchase. From the SP's point of view, telecommunications management is becoming the most important challenges for their survival. |
