In this paper, we propose a method of binding broadcasting contents with meta-data and content- related multimedia resources. The main goal of this approach is to use auxiliary information with original broadcasting contents anytime and anywhere. To achieve it, we adopt MPEG-21 file format, which can contain and extract various multimedia resources efficiently and effectively. And we apply TV-Anytime meta-data to describe broadcasting contents and to illustrate the relation of embedded multimedia resources as well. To verify the usefulness of the proposed method, we introduce a service scenario which is suitable to a personalized broadcasting environment, and test it on the scenario1. |
