Abstract | ||

This paper focuses on the design of hardware framework about DSP-based embedded License Plate Detection system including the detailed technology of circuit design among image sensor, DSP, Flash, SDRAM, timer and resetting. The program on license plate detection has been tested on the designed board, it run all right with natural light condition, and the location of license plate is accurate. The size and cost of the board are small, but it is fast and highly reliable. |
