In this paper, we describe a system which assists document-authors to prepare animated demonstration to the web-users of their applets. We have developed Jedemo help-authoring system and animator. Jedemo help-author records user's actions from the target applet. If the demo-author adds some rules, the captions of the action is generated automatically. These actions are shown by Jedemo animator as a demonstration with the captions. The web-users can watch the demonstration and understand the usage of the target applet without any trouble. This framework is helpful for both the help-author and the web-user. |
