Title
Multi Agent Systems For Enhancement Of Grid/Web Services Platforms
Abstract
Grid computing focuses on a robust infrastructure for coordinated resource sharing among virtual organizations to obtain high level of performance and availability. However, use of existing Grid computing environment: is quite complex. in order to enhance the discovery of resources, use of semantics is very important: and it would help in efficiently utilizing the resources in Grid. Several ontologies and ontology languages have been proposed in this regard which not only have got some pitfalls but also poses a sort of overhead of existing Grid. on the other hand, Agents are proved to be autonomous problem solving and can semantically interoperate with each other in dynamic environment. We believe that: let the Grid do in which it is best and let Agents to what they in which they are best. This paper proposes the use of Agents for semantic description Grid services in a way that would not: disturb existing specifications and implementation of both the Grid and Agents.
