A Hybrid Soft Computing System For Diagnosis Of Print Defect
Abstract
A hybrid soft computing system, based on Bayesian Network and fuzzy-rule set diagnostic has been developed in this paper. The system leverages the tolerance for imprecision, uncertainty and incompleteness, which is intrinsic to the problems to be solved, and generate tractable, low-cost, robust solutions to such problems. The implementation of print defect diagnosis system could reduce diagnosis time, streamline communication between customers and call center personnel, increase print defect handling efficiency and boost customer satisfaction through improved service.
