Title
Trust in Knowledge Flow Networks
Abstract
An ideal knowledge flow network passes right knowledge to the right person at the right time. Trust between knowledge nodes influences the efficiency of knowledge interchange in an organization. This paper presents a trust model for knowledge flow networks based on knowledge interaction experiences. Simulations show that, compared to the approach of randomly routing, the strategy using trust to help construct knowledge flow network is feasible and effective.
