Abstract | ||

This paper presents a gesture recognition system using accelerometer. The main purpose of this research is to realize an interface under variety of conditions, in flexible situations every time, and everywhere, for example, during walking around. In our system accelerometer is used to track the gesture, but the data from accelerometer involves the effect of tilt, the noise caused by users step while walking, and so on. To cope with the problem, we propose in this paper a time-frequency decomposition method. |
