There is confusion among the organizations and industry leaders as whether to make a transition or not? The objective of this paper is to briefly introduce CMMI model. It mainly focuses on the issues how to help the organization in making the right decision about the transition? Paper also recommends the conditions that have to be considered in moving from CMM to CMMI as well as the conditions that are not favorable in making transition. This could be a very helpful guide and wealth of information for the organization that are confused about the new model and the organization that are planning for, making a transition.[1]. |
