The generation of protein data is increasing exponentially with the rapid development of experimental technology. It is becoming a major issue for bioinformatics scientists to find an efficient method for retrieving and visualizing the protein structures. In this paper, we present a novel approach that uses the dihedral information of a specific protein to query the spatial structures from public databases. Furthermore, we implemented the visualization of the dihedral information of the queried database. |
