Simulation of container terminal operation can be oriented on various important tasks. One of them can be design of the terminal and its management system. Another one can be evaluation of its functioning with possible advises for its improvement. The simulation system for container terminal should recognise extremal conditions of work and existence of bottlenecks, which should be monitored. System should be user-friendly and enable visualisation of results. |
