Data envelopment analysis with selective convexity and integer-valued factors
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to develop a new DEA with selective combination. The existing DEA models would project the DMU onto frontier points that generally are a convex combination or a non-negative combination of efficient points. This paper addresses decision making units whose inputs and outputs are restricted to take integer values and to be as a convex and non-negative combination.
