This interdisciplinary research program focuses on the analysis and improvement of net-based knowledge exchange in settings of learning and work. Communication tools for such settings must address certain challenges resulting from the communication in groups, over distances and with a focus on learning. Two projects will be presented that enhance computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL) by implementing annotation-based communication and CSCL-scripts. |
