The paper describes a procedure to synthesize an amplifier closed-loop transfer function using time-domain characteristics (step or impulse response) in experimental form. The impulse response is approximated in a piece-wise manner so that the Laplace transform of the approximation is an entire function (the conditions for such approximation are formulated). Then the real and imaginary parts of the approximating Laplace transform may be approximated by polynomials, and, using the method of synthesis of pulse-shaping reactance networks, one can find the amplifier transfer function. |
