Abstract | ||

Based on the structure principle of double-tube hydraulic damper and the relation of the deformation coefficient, the throttle hole area and the pre-deformation of throttle slice, the analytic formulas of valve opening velocity were given. According to the velocity points, the opening size of slice, the relation of flux to the pressure, the outer characteristic model of double-tube hydraulic damper was established by piecewise linear function. The outer characteristic was simulated by imposing excitation signal. The simulation values coincide with test values, the results show that the model of outer characteristic is correct, and it has certain guiding significance for double-tube hydraulic damper design. |
