Performance evaluation model and method of financial scientific investment and an empirical research
Abstract
The financial scientific investment has an important leading role in national and regional scientific development. The financial scientific investment performance evaluation aims to measure the effectiveness exerted by financial investment in order to ensure that the funds invested on science and technology are allocated both correctly and properly. This paper, based on the construction of evaluation index system, by using the evaluation model of “Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process-Entropy Method”, has conducted a performance evaluation on the Shijiazhuang scientific projects, and verified the practicality and operability of the evaluation index system and method.
