Virtual assistants for e-government: a preliminary study
Abstract
The objective of this poster is to present ongoing research about the use of virtual assistants in E-government applications. We provide a short state of the art on virtual assistant's technology. Two case studies are presented and discussed: the web site of the Mexican state of Guanajuato and the Federal Government Citizens Web Page. Some research topics have been identified from this preliminary study.
