Location-aware applications based on location-sensing technology have been developed and are being used in many communities. However, the development of location-aware applications has so far been very ineffective, because the developers need a lot of knowledge and skill to manipulate location-based sensors and maps.In this paper, we present a way to reduce the need for such knowledge and skill for developing navigation systems, one of the well-known location-aware applications. We clarify the feasibility and effectiveness of our method as ascertained in several experiments. |
