Abstract | ||

In this paper, we present new completely monotonic functions and Bernstein functions relating to the gamma and psi functions. As consequences we establish new upper and lower bounds for the gamma function in terms of ψ-function. Also, we present some estimates for Stirling’s formula remainder. |
