Title
An introduction on a CCD camera+filter group system for acquiring surface vnir hyperspectral images with high spatial resolution(CFGIS) and its preliminary study on the mineral spectral distribution of rock surfaces*
Abstract
A panchromatic CCD camera + filter group assemblage and its elaborately conceived working program, including sample marks, data acquirement and data preprocessing, are designed to acquire the VNIR hyperspectral images of sample surfaces with a high spatial resolution(in an order of sub-millimeter). The instrument and software both for data acquirement and processing are introduced in this paper. An experiment designed for acquiring the precision surface distribution of mineral spectra for a granodiorite sample also is introduced. It shows that, in a certain extent, such a system provides a means to study the spectral response features or rules of each component while they are composed into a general object, and it also can be applied to study the spectral impress of other factors. ©2005 IEEE.
