This paper addresses the concept of immersive telemeasurement, m.-here resources such as instruments and programmable devices are distributed in a network of different laboratories and could Cooperate to set up augmented experiments. the immersivity or the user is given by a three-dimensional (3D) representation of the remote aggregated laboratory and is augmented by the possibility of interaction with real devices through their 3D representation. The use of these techniques in addition to stereoscopic projection allow the creation of, an environment with immersive characteristics. increasing the level of presence experimented by users. |
