Title
Contact Information Management System Architecture for Social Media
Abstract
Contact information overload is an annoying problem for social-media users. To effectively manage large amounts of contact information in social media, this work applies a novel ontology-based system architecture, the Contact Information Management System (CIMS). Users can specify policies to block undesired contact information. A novel set of rules is applied for contact-information blocking and policy-conflict detection. A case study including scenarios and the prototype demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed system and proposed rules.
