Strong convergence of a new iterative scheme for a finite family of strict pseudo-contractions
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new iterative scheme for finding a common fixed point of a finite family of strict pseudo-contractions. The results obtained in this paper extend and improve the corresponding results of Marino, Colao, Qin and Kang [G. Marino, V. Colao, X. Qin, S. M. Kang, Strong convergence of the modified Mann iterative method for strict pseudo-contractions, Comput. Math. Appl. 57 (2009) 455-465].
