We present a framework for publishing relationaldata in XML with respect to a fixed DTD. In dataexchange on the Web, XML views of relationaldata are typically required to conform to a predefinedDTD. The presence of recursion in a DTD aswell as non-determinism makes it challenging togenerate DTD-directed, efficient transformations. |
