In this paper, we mainly introduce several A/N bundling schemes in LTE-Advanced for carrier aggregation, also we propose a novel A/N bundling scheme based on the Combined Component Aggregated HARQ A/N (the CoCoAH) [1] [2] [3], this is the improved Combined Component Aggregated HARQ A/N (the improved CoCoAH). Compared with CoCoAH, the improved CoCoAH reduces the unnecessary retransmission of correctly received code words caused by bundling, while these two kinds of ways use the same number of A/N bit. The simulation results demonstrate that the improved CoCoAH is more reliable than CoCoAH when A/N bits pass through the channel. |
