We discuss risk and organizational resilience, and provide a paradigm representing the relationship among threats, crises, disruptions, and impact. Decision models are useful in selecting strategies to enhance organizational resilience. Evaluating risk strategies involves the determination of the likelihood of events. Strategies involve costs and might influence event probabilities and impacts. We present a methodology for the selection of risk strategies that incorporates sensitivity analysis of the decision maker's attitude. |
