Abstract
•Customer requirements are identified and classified into four categories.•A customer satisfaction evaluation model is developed.•It gives the quantitative methods for each category of the evaluation criteria.•Criteria weights are obtained by integrating Entropy weight and AHP.•A case study of applying to customized portrait-based product industry is given.
