Abstract
•Spectral content of airflow in children was explored.•Two respiratory bands related to pediatric obstructive sleep apnea were found.•High diagnostic ability was shown when combining airflow and oximetry information.•Our approach could be helpful in pediatric obstructive sleep apnea detection.
