This paper addresses the composite nonlinear feedback (CNF) controller design for impulsive free tracking control problem of multivariable singular linear systems with input saturation. Based on a linear state feedback control law, a CNF controller is designed by introducing a nonlinear feedback law. The freedom of the nonlinear feedback law can be used to improve the transient performance of the closed-loop system. Moreover, an output feedback CNF control law is constructed based on the state feedback CNF control law and a state observer. The design procedure and the transient performance improvement of the proposed CNF control law are illustrated with an example. |
