In this paper, we propose the use of an image signal processor (ISP) for an ultra small HD grade video sensor with 3 A (AWB, AE, and AF) in camera phones that can capture 720 P/30 fps video. In order to enhance the video quality of the systems, it is necessary to achieve the high performance of 3 A. The proposed ISP is also implemented on a FPGA demonstration board. |
