Abstract
•CSSICA is proposed to find the lowest service time for cloud composite services.•PROCLUS is used to divide service providers into 3 categories based on service time.•Selection probability of categories is calculated using their average service time.•Utilizing achieved categories CSSICA has been able to make more conscious selections.
