Title
High-resolution dynamic MR imaging of the thorax for respiratory motion correction of PET using groupwise manifold alignment.
Abstract
•We present a novel 4D (3D+t) reconstruction scheme from 2D slice-by-slice MR data.•2D MR data acquired at different slice positions lie on similar manifolds.•We use this fact to match respiratory positions of different slice positions.•The method outperforms 2 state-of-the art slice stacking reconstruction techniques.•Application of the method to motion correction of PET data is demonstrated.
