Abstract | ||

This paper presents an application of speed gradient algorithm to MEMS gyroscope oscillation control. For the goal achievement the gyro dynamics equations are derived. The algorithm application to obtained equations is shown. The goal achievement is theoretically proven. The controller is successfully simulated. |
