P colonies were introduced in 2004 as an abstract computing device evolved from membrane systems - a biologically motivated computational massive parallel model - composed of independent single membrane agents, reactively acting and evolving in a shared environment. Different variants of the P colonies were derived from original model since that time. What is shown in this paper is not only a list of these variants, but also finding connections between the results related to the computational power. |
