This paper introduces a design of magnetostrictive precision pump and analyses its structure and working principle, combined with the ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD finite element analysis software to make simulation analysis about the different pump cavity height, import pipeline distribution, import pipeline diameter and import pipeline shape on the influence of the pump pressure loss, optimizes the flow field structure parameters, provides the theory support for the optimization design of magnetostrictive pump. |
