Abstract | ||

A legacy WiFi shows poor scalability and waste of energy due to a high contention level in case of a large number of STAs. In this paper, we investigate how to improve both scalability and energy efficiency by using advanced features defined in the WiFi market or the IEEE 802.11 standard. |
