It has been well known that they are strongly connected with the risk of the cardiovascular events such as stroke and heart attack which are main causes of the long-term nursing care. In response for solving the problems, the development of various digital healthcare systems has been accelerated by the technologies of sensing, information, and communication. In this context, we also developed the idea of Systems Healthcare and the system by employing healthcare devices and services to extract the individualized causalities among cognition, lifestyles, and vitals. Speaking of lifestyle, it could be considered as the simple composition of activities for nutrition, exercise, and sleep.
