An efficient and simple key distribution scheme for smart environments
Abstract
This paper presents an efficient and simple key distribution scheme for the smart environment architectures. The proposed scheme exploits the deployment knowledge of consumer electronic (CE) devices (low-capacity sensor and high-capacity sensor). The short analysis reveals that the proposed scheme is well-suited (in terms of key storage saving, secure network connectivity and resilience against node capture attack) and efficient for such smart environments.
