Title
Back-propagation networks for event-driven temporal sequence processing
Abstract
Back-propagation networks with feedback mechanisms are studied for event-driven temporal sequence processing. Three types of feedback mechanisms are introduced into a three-layer back-propagation network. These mechanisms are then applied to three temporal sequence processing types that differ in their way of processing: permutation, combination, and integration. The applicability of the back-propagation networks with feedback mechanisms is shown through simulations.<>
